Job summary

Ryan Lawn & Tree Inc in Wichita, KS is seeking an irrigation specialist to join our expanding team. You will install irrigation systems, perform service repairs, and deliver exceptional customer service while learning our growing range of lawn and tree care offerings.

Ideal candidates have irrigation experience, a customer-focused attitude, and a willingness to lead crews and learn new skills. This safety-sensitive role requires compliance with pre-employment screenings and DOT if applicable.

Qualifications

• 2 years of irrigation experience preferred
• Certified Irrigation Technician preferred, but not required
• Has a thorough knowledge of irrigation practices
• Is committed to providing excellent customer service
• Has strong problem-solving skills
• Is willing to be a team player
• Is happy to work in all weather conditions
• Has the ability to lead an install crew or manage a service route
• Has a willingness to learn new skills and work outside of the department to help the company achieve its goals.

Responsibilities

• Irrigation installation and service repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service and solutions for irrigation problems.
• Assist in expanding service offerings and supporting the irrigation group.
