Goodhouse is seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee year-round irrigation operations for residential and commercial properties in Grain Valley, MO. The role requires hands-on work with pumps, backflow devices, and smart controllers, plus leadership of field crews and client communication.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in irrigation, know hydraulic systems, and can handle winter snow labor and holiday lighting installations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on commercial and residential irrigation experience.
• Experience in winter snow labor and custom holiday lighting installation.
• Strong knowledge of pump mechanics (centrifugal, submersible, booster, VFDs) and backflow preventers.
• Ability to perform low-voltage electrical diagnostics and basic plumbing tasks.
• Valid Driver's License with clean record; capable of lifting 50+ lbs; comfortable on ladders/roofs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee year-round operations across residential and commercial properties.
• Lead seasonal turn-ons/turn-offs and manage snow removal labor.
• Schedule daily service routes and direct field crews.
• Provide clear technical explanations and quotes to clients.
• Audit and repair irrigation systems and pump stations as needed.
• Maintain safety protocols and inventory for field operations.
