Job summary

Top Care, Inc. is seeking an experienced Irrigation Technician to support installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial irrigation systems in Missouri. You will work with high-performing crews to deliver quality results for local clients.

The role includes troubleshooting irrigation components, performing seasonal services, and coordinating parts and service logs, with opportunities for year-round work and training growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years irrigation experience (commercial preferred).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
• Comfort using tools, wiring systems, and reading site plans.
• Backflow certification or willingness to obtain (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems (clocks, valves, heads, pumps).
• Perform seasonal services (activations, winterizations, audits).
• Track parts, materials, and service logs.
• Communicate with clients and team leads about system needs.
