Job summary

BrightView is seeking an Irrigation Manager to lead crews, schedule resources, and deliver high-quality irrigation services for clients. You will support Account Managers in estimating, design, and client meetings, and may sell irrigation services independently.

This role oversees a commercial landscape portfolio and multiple service teams, trains staff, manages daily schedules, safety and quality standards, and maintains administrative systems and costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of prior customer service, management, and leadership experience within an organization, the landscaping industry or local marketplace, including at least 1 year supervisory experience.
• Certifications and licenses needed to perform work in local market.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and directs personnel and resources toward providing quality, cost-effective irrigation services.
• Support Account Managers in estimating, design and client meetings as needed.
• Oversee a commercial landscape portfolio and multiple service teams.
• Train and develop employees and provide day-to-day operational scheduling and guidance.
• Ensure proper paperwork for employee changes and new hires and manage safety records.
