BrightView Landscapes, LLC in Plano, TX is seeking an Irrigation Manager to lead crews and coordinate resources for high-quality, cost-effective irrigation services for clients. This role supports Account Managers in estimating, design, and client meetings and may involve selling irrigation services with or without base maintenance contracts.

The Irrigation Manager oversees a commercial landscape portfolio and guides multiple service teams.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years customer service, management, and leadership experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Obtain and maintain certifications and licenses needed to perform work in the local market.

Aufgaben

• Understand client needs via regular communication with the Account Manager(s)
• Manage all irrigation services, including coordination of materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors
• Inspect properties to prepare a specific action plan for service
• Monitor irrigation systems and address issues after installation
• Perform hands-on work with crews to meet scheduling demands
• Assist Branch Manager in staffing and daily crew scheduling
• Ensure proper paperwork for employee changes and new hires
• Coach, train, and develop employees; provide growth plans
• Hands-on training and safety/quality guidance for crews
• Focus on safety and monitor safety records
• Maintain administrative systems (time sheets, databases, schedules)
• Order materials and monitor costs and deliveries
• Request purchase orders per guidelines
• Assist irrigation sales tasks as needed
