Southview Design in Saint Paul is seeking an Irrigation Operations Manager to oversee service technicians and installation crews. The role entails managing various aspects of irrigation services, ensuring timely completion and quality standards, and leading a team to deliver exceptional work.

With a focus on collaboration, communication, and performance, the ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of irrigation management experience and a four-year degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience.
• Minimum 3 years of irrigation experience, including service and troubleshooting.
• Strong effective communication and time management skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Physical ability to lift/carry materials up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service technicians and installation crews.
• Ensure all services are completed on time and to high standards.
• Conduct daily job site visits to ensure quality standards.
• Lead, train, and mentor internal staff and subcontractors.
• Schedule and manage internal crews and professionals.
