We are seeking an experienced Irrigation Manager to lead all aspects of irrigation system installations and service at Horticulture Solutions, a full-service landscape company committed to top-quality landscaping services across Middle Tennessee.

This position is posted on behalf of People Solutions Center's client, Horticulture Solutions.

Base Pay Range

• $70,000.00 per year – $80,000.00 per year

We offer a base salary of $70,000 to $80,000 annually, generous PTO, 401K with 3% match, and a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee irrigation system installations from start to finish.
• Manage and supervise a team of irrigation technicians.
• Handle all irrigation services, including coordination of materials, equipment, repairs, safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of irrigation experience (commercial and residential).
• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory/management/leadership position.
• Demonstrated knowledge of irrigation design, technology and best practices.
• Comfortable with technology and experienced using spreadsheets and Jobber (or similar project management software) to create quotes and invoicing.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
