Job summary
Steadfast Contractors Alliance, LLC is seeking an experienced Irrigation Manager to lead and oversee all irrigation operations within the Maintenance Division. This hands-on leadership role will manage irrigation technicians, coordinate service schedules, and ensure systems comply with water management regulations across our portfolio of commercial properties.
The ideal candidate has strong irrigation knowledge, proven team leadership experience, and a commitment to quality service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial irrigation systems.
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong experience troubleshooting irrigation systems, valves, wiring, controllers, and pumps.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all irrigation systems maintained by the Maintenance Division.
- Manage inspection, repair, and maintenance of commercial irrigation systems.
- Diagnose irrigation issues including valves, wiring, controllers, pumps and sensors.
- Ensure systems operate efficiently to support healthy landscapes and minimize water waste.
