Qualifications

Responsibilities

Oversee all irrigation systems maintained by the Maintenance Division.
Manage inspection, repair, and maintenance of commercial irrigation systems.
Diagnose irrigation issues including valves, wiring, controllers, pumps.
Ensure irrigation systems operate efficiently to support healthy landscapes and minimize water waste.
Supervise irrigation technicians and field staff.
Provide training and guidance to improve technician performance.
Schedule and assign irrigation service work across maintenance accounts.
Promote accountability, teamwork, and professionalism within the irrigation team.

This leadership role is responsible for managing irrigation technicians, ensuring irrigation systems are operating efficiently across our commercial properties, and maintaining the highest standards of service for our clients.

Position Overview

The Irrigation Manager will oversee the planning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of irrigation systems for the Maintenance Division. This role will supervise irrigation technicians, coordinate service schedules, and ensure systems operate efficiently and in compliance with water management regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Irrigation Operations

Oversee all irrigation systems maintained by the Maintenance Division.
Manage the inspection, repair, and maintenance of commercial irrigation systems.
Diagnose irrigation issues including valves, wiring, controllers, pumps, and system pressure.
Ensure irrigation systems are operating efficiently to support healthy landscapes while minimizing water waste.

Team Leadership

Supervise and support irrigation technicians and field staff.
Provide training and guidance to improve technician performance and technical skills.
Schedule and assign irrigation service work across maintenance accounts.
Promote accountability, teamwork, and professionalism within the irrigation team.

System Monitoring amp; Water Management
