Job summary

Wonderful Orchards LLC is seeking an Irrigation Maintenance I to support preventative maintenance and agricultural operations in California. You will move between tasks, assist with pumps, motors, valves, and field installations, and ensure safety protocols are followed in both field and shop settings.

The role requires hands-on experience with agricultural equipment, basic troubleshooting, and the ability to operate light heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on work with irrigation equipment and farmland maintenance.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Proven ability to read manuals and perform basic measurements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, inspect, and replace irrigation pump and motor components.
• Troubleshoot pumps, valves, and fittings; perform preventive maintenance.
• Operate basic heavy equipment and maintain shop cleanliness.
• Assist with general farm maintenance and installations as needed.
