Job summary

Conserva Irrigation Nashville South is seeking an Installation Manager/Supervisor to lead commercial and residential irrigation projects in the Nashville area. You will manage a crew, coordinate schedules, and ensure top-quality installations while growing the service line and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in commercial and/or residential irrigation service.
• Experience leading, organizing, and managing multiple people.
• Experience managing a B2C Sales Pipeline.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Passing score on Conserva competency assessment.
• Strong understanding of hydraulics calculations relating to irrigation systems.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Delight our customers.
• Develops and implements plans to add accounts, introduce new services, grow market share and improve profitability for the installation business unit.
• Meets with prospective clients and generates take-offs, bids, and estimates.
• Schedules projects, hires employees, coordinates subcontractors, orders materials, assigns equipment, and schedules deliveries to the job site.
• Conducts weekly job site inspections and monitors crews’ production rates, quality control, and safety performance.
• Communicates with clients and crew leaders to resolve any issues during installation projects.
• Ensures compliance with all regulations, reporting requirements, equal employment opportunity laws and company policies.
