Job summary

Juniper is seeking an Irrigation Install Foreman to supervise a Landscape Construction crew and manage irrigation install projects from start to finish. You will direct employees, equipment, and materials, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Juniper’s quality standards.

The role requires supervising irrigation crews, planning materials, coordinating with the project manager on changes, and maintaining equipment while upholding safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of irrigation experience.
• Experience with residential and commercial landscape plans.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of blueprints.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Irrigation certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise irrigation techs and crew members to complete projects.
• Account for hours spent on projects vs. budgeted hours.
• Plan and schedule equipment and materials needed for irrigation projects.
• Track project changes and coordinate change orders with the project manager.
• Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with safety program.
• Maintain and manage equipment; use hand and power tools as needed.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
