Job summary

Juniper is seeking an Irrigation Install Foreman to supervise a Landscape Construction crew and oversee irrigation install projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to schedule and budget.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of irrigation experience.
Experience with residential and commercial landscape plans.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Knowledge of blueprints and construction drawings.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Irrigation certification or ability to obtain certification.
Must be able and willing to work outside for long periods.
Must be able to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly.
Must be able to use hand and power tools.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Supervising and directing irrigation techs and crew members in completing projects
Accountable for hours spent on projects vs. budgeted hours
Planning and scheduling equipment and materials needed on irrigation projects
Tracking project changes and coordinating with the project manager for change order requests
Ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with work safety program
Ensuring that equipment is properly maintained and managed
Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform irrigation duties
Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
