Job summary

Juniper is growing! We are seeking an Irrigation Install Foreman to supervise and work alongside a Landscape Construction crew while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and with our quality standards in mind.

This position will direct projects from start to finish, including overseeing employees, equipment and materials for irrigation install projects. Responsibilities include supervising irrigation techs, planning and scheduling equipment, tracking changes, and coordinating with

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of irrigation experience.
Experience with residential and commercial landscape plans.
Valid US driver's license and ability to clear MVR (preferred).
Experience supervising crews is preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervising and directing irrigation techs and crew members on projects.
Accountable for hours spent on projects vs. budgeted hours.
Plan and schedule equipment and materials for irrigation jobs.
Track project changes and coordinate with the project manager for change orders.
Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with safety programs.
Ensure equipment is properly maintained and managed.
Operate hand tools and power equipment as needed.
