Job summary

Juniper is seeking an Irrigation Install Foreman to supervise a Landscape Construction crew and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

You will direct projects from start to finish, manage crew, equipment, and materials, and coordinate with the project manager on changes while upholding Juniper's quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of irrigation experience.
• Experience with residential and commercial landscape plans.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain irrigation certification or hold current certification.
• Must be willing to work outdoors in extreme temperatures and sunlight.
• Capable of bending, stooping and twisting repeatedly during the day.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise irrigation techs and crew members to complete projects.
• Account for hours spent on projects versus budgeted hours.
• Plan and schedule equipment and materials for irrigation projects.
• Track changes and coordinate with project manager for change orders.
• Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with safety programs.
• Maintain and manage equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Complete miscellaneous duties as assigned.
