Job summary

Juniper is seeking an Irrigation Install Foreman to supervise a Landscape Construction crew and manage irrigation install projects from start to finish. You will direct staff, equipment, and materials while ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards.

The role emphasizes supervising crew members, coordinating with the project manager on changes, and maintaining machinery and schedules on residential and commercial properties. English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of irrigation experience.
• Experience with residential and commercial landscape plans.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Must be able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and directing irrigation techs and crew members in completing projects
• Accountable for hours spent on projects vs. budgeted hours
• Planning and scheduling equipment and materials needed on irrigation projects
• Tracking project changes and coordinating with the project manager for change order requests
• Ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with work safety program
• Ensuring that equipment is properly maintained and managed
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform irrigation duties
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

This position will be responsible for directing projects from start to finish, including overseeing employees, equipment and materials needed for irrigation install projects.

Skills/Requirements

• Valid US driver's license and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Report review (preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in irrigation
• Experience with residential and commercial landscape plans
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of blueprints
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Irrigation certification or ability to obtain certification
• Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
• Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
