SiteOne Landscape Supply in Mississippi is seeking an Irrigation Department Manager to lead the irrigation products area and work closely with customers to ensure departmental excellence. You will support the Branch Manager with planning, forecasting and inventory strategies to drive sales.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adoption of new technologies, with opportunities to advance and participate in training and certifications. The position is full-time and on-site at a branch location.

Formación

• 1-3 years of experience in the green industry and understanding of irrigation products (preferred).
• Excellent customer service and management skills.
• Experience with sales and operations planning and forecasting.
• Understanding of accounting fundamentals; including debits, credits, accounts receivable, accounts payable and budgets.
• Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies.
• Internal candidates: Line of Business Certification Level I or higher (preferred).
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Branch Manager with sales and operations planning and forecasting.
• Promote a safe, incident-free work environment.
• Encourage safety culture and workplace organization.
• Understand and execute inventory management, target customer mix and sales.
• Create a positive environment to encourage teamwork in line with SiteOne DNA.
• Train and develop agronomic staff on irrigation product line and customer needs.
• Partner with branch leadership to adopt new technologies and improve business performance.
• Support other branch departments and customers as needed.

Educación

High school diploma or equivalent

LOB Certification Level I or higher (Internal Candidates)

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Sales & operations planning and forecasting

Accounting fundamentals (debits/credits/accounts receivable/payable/budgets)

Willingness to learn new technologies
