Qualifications

• Minimum of two years Irrigation experience including installation of systems and components.
• Comfortable learning and using required software.
• Excellent attendance with reliable commute.
• Ability to motivate and delegate to crew.
• Maintains guides/maps for property updates.
• Tracks inventory and records daily notes.
• Updates company software with detailed work notes.
• Strong problem solving and organization for inventory and daily materials.
• Insurable driving record and ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Excellent client, management, and project team communications.
• Able to drive a truck and trailer.
• CIT Certification.

Responsibilities

• Attend classes to further education in related field.
• Snow / Ice removal responsibilities in winter months.
