Job summary

Advanced Computer Learning Company, LLC is seeking a qualified Doctrine and Training Developer with subject matter expertise in Irregular Warfare to support a US Government agency on Fort Bragg, NC. The position is full-time and on-site in a Government facility, and requires a current security clearance.

The successful candidate will analyze and evaluate IW doctrine and training products, conduct research, and develop materials in compliance with Army guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of practical application as an Army trained doctrine or training developer within the last five years.
• Graduate of a Doctrine Developer Course or Training Development Capability (TDC) or equivalent recognized by T2COM.
• Maintain a TS/SCI Clearance, CAC credentials, and SIPR token.
• Must maintain access authorization to office workspace.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate IW doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures to identify current IW doctrine and training relevant to operational missions.
• Conduct research and analysis in the production of IW doctrine and training products.
• Develop or evaluate doctrine and training products within required timeframes and in compliance with Army guidance.
• Assist other doctrine and training developers in creating training products within timeframes and guidance.
