Job summary

A defense contracting company is seeking a Senior Strategy support expert for Irregular Warfare at MacDill AFB, FL. Candidates should possess extensive experience in Special Operations, including strategic planning and coordination of military operations. The role involves advising military commanders and coordinating sensitive information requests. Preferred candidates will have 15 years of experience, advanced degrees, and a strong understanding of military and interagency processes. This position requires a TS/SCI security clearance.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in the Special Operations Enterprise.
• 3 years of specialized experience in military or IC compartmented activities.
• 7 years’ experience in SOF/IW at a Joint or Geographical Combatant Command Headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans and orders aligned to Special Operations and Irregular Warfare.
• Advise on employment of special operations forces in support of IW.
• Coordinate FOIAs and MDRs according to legal standards.
