ClearPoint Neuro, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support the IRRAflow launch in Chicago. You will train Neurosurgeons, Neurointensivists, and ICU nurses, drive product adoption, and provide hands-on case coverage.

You will collaborate with Clinical Account Managers to tailor training plans and ensure successful product rollout. The role requires deep clinical experience in neurocritical care, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel for hospital visits and training

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years as a nurse in the Neuro ICU/ICU setting.
• Experience caring for patients with intracranial hemorrhage, traumatic brain injury and other neurosurgical conditions.
• Strong understanding of ICP monitoring, EVD management, CSF drainage, and neurocritical-care principles.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead onboarding for new accounts and ensure client readiness.
• Provide clinical education programs for priority/target accounts.
• Promote product adoption and increase utilization among clinicians.
• Collaborate with sales teams to visit hospital targets for training and support.
• Provide field support for product and clinical questions.
• Build relationships with physicians and nursing staff to support cases.
