Adena Lakeland seeks career-minded Ironworkers to join our team in Lakeland, FL. Responsibilities include unloading, erecting steel components, including columns, beams, stairs, catwalks, and ride structures, and coordinating with operators to place material safely.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Rigging experience is required.
• Able to read specifications and blueprints.
• Comfort with working at heights and in outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Unload, organize, and prepare steel materials for erection.
• Erect structural steel components per drawings and specs.
• Erect amusement ride structures per manufacturer requirements.
• Lay out and install framing, decking, and connections.
• Bolt and weld steel connections to tolerances and standards.
• Install fall protection systems and coordinate lifts with operators.
• Follow safety policies and perform duties as assigned.
