100Hires, Inc. is seeking experienced Ironworkers for project-based field work in a business-critical industrial setting. You will erect and install structural steel, read blueprints, align components, and coordinate with crane operators and welders.

Qualifications

• Minimum prior Ironworker or structural steel erection experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, layouts, and project specs.
• Capable of layout, measuring, and precise alignment of components.
• Familiar with rigging, signaling, and hoisting of heavy materials.
• Commitment to jobsite safety, PPE and fall protection procedures.

Responsibilities

• Erect, position and install structural steel, beams and supports as required.
• Connect steel using bolts, fasteners, and welding where needed.
• Read blueprints and interpret structural drawings for assembly.
• Coordinate with crane operators, riggers and welders during erection.
• Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and aerial lifts.
