Job summary

High Structural Erectors is seeking motivated outdoor ironworkers and laborers to join our field crews. You will work on structural steel and precast projects, reading drawings, measuring accurately, and contributing to safe, efficient installations.

Candidates with welding, rigging, crane signaling, and masonry experience are encouraged, and the team values reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Multiple shift options are available, including night and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work overnight, away from home, as required.

Responsibilities

• Outdoor ironworkers/laborers needed for varied projects.
• Operate in safety-focused environments and follow procedures.
• Read tapes and drawings to complete structural tasks.
• Support welding, rigging, crane signaling, and other field tasks as required.

We are always searching for dedicated outdoor ironworkers/laborers to join our High Structural Erectors team and to help shape the future, one structure at a time.

We are looking for Ironworkers with varying levels of experience, possessing all or some of the following:

• The ability to work at various heights, and familiar with associated fall protection
• The ability to read a tape measure
• The ability to read drawings
• Welding experience and existing certification and/or the ability to certify is a plus
• The ability to execute burning operations.
• Rigging experience
• Crane signaling experience
• Connecting experience
• Masonry (grouting and patching) experience

Shift:

• 8 Hours (5 Day Week)
• 10 Hours (4 Day Week)
• Night Availability
• Weekend Availability

Requirements:
