Job summary

LPR Construction, Inc. in Wisconsin is offering an Apprentice Program for aspiring ironworker helpers.

After 6 months of employment, participants are eligible for paid training under NCCER curriculum and DOL certification, with frequent pay raises as they progress. The program includes per-diem and travel pay, medical and insurance benefits, and milestone bonus payouts (40 hours after 1 year, 80 hours after 2 years, 120 hours after 5 years).

• Ability to work on construction sites and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist with structural iron and steel erection under supervision.
• Maintain safety and productivity on job sites.

Job description

LPR Apprentice Program

After 6 months of employment, all helpers are eligible for LPR's Apprentice Program. This program offers paid-for training that follows NCCER curriculum and is DOL certified. All Apprentices receive frequent pay raises and promotions as they progress through the program.
