Job summary

LPR Construction Co. is seeking an ironworker helper for our Apprentice Program in Texas. After 6 months, eligible for NCCER curriculum-based training and a DOL-certified path with paid progression opportunities.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and on-site teamwork across diverse projects. As part of the apprentice track, you’ll receive per-diem, travel pay, medical insurance, and staged pay raises with promotions as you advance through the program.

• Under supervision, assist with tasks related to structural iron and steel erection.
• Complete tasks in a timely, quality manner while maintaining safety and productivity.

Job description

LPR Apprentice Program

After 6 months of employment, all helpers are eligible for LPR's Apprentice Program. This program offers paid-for training that follows NCCER curriculum and is DOL certified. All Apprentices receive frequent pay raises and promotions as they progress through the program.
