Job summary

LPR Construction Company is launching an Apprentice Program in Louisville, Kentucky. After six months, participants become eligible for funded training under the NCCER curriculum and gain a DOL-certified credential.

Apprentices receive regular pay raises, travel pay, and benefits as they progress across medical, holidays after one year, and continued advancement on projects nationwide. Under supervision, the ironworker helper will perform structural iron and steel erection tasks, focusing on

• NCCER curriculum experience or training provided through the Apprentice Program.
• DOL certification indicates recognized credential for program participants.

Responsibilities

• Assist with structural iron and steel erection tasks under supervision.
• Maintain safety and productivity while completing assigned tasks.
• Contribute to timely, quality execution of projects on site.

LPR Apprentice Program

After 6 months of employment, all helpers are eligible for LPR's Apprentice Program. This program offers paid-for training that follows NCCER curriculum and is DOL certified. All Apprentices receive frequent pay raises and promotions as they progress through the program.
