Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mechanic A/Journeyman.
• NCCER Crew Leader Certification preferred.
• Ability to plan and coordinate multiple tasks.
• Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew performing turnaround work.
• Interpret blueprints and orders and assign duties.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and regulations.
• Coordinate schedules and supervise unit production.
• Train and mentor workers and maintain records.
