Job summary

Turner Industries is seeking an Electrical Foreman for a turnaround in Kingsport, TN. The foreman will supervise and direct a group of workers, interpret blueprints and orders, and ensure production aligns with safety policies and client requirements.

The role requires at least 2 years as a Mechanic A/Journeyman, with leadership skills, the ability to plan multiple tasks, and the option for NCCER Crew Leader certification. Per diem may apply and a pre-employment/physical screen is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Mechanic A/Journeyman.
• NCCER Crew Leader Certification preferred.
• Pre-employment qualification test required.
• Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation required.

Responsibilities

• Upholds company safety guidelines for all supervised workers.
• Interprets blueprints, sketches, orders; assigns duties and coordinates work.
• Trains and assists workers; supervises and coordinates activities of construction crew.
• Inspects work for adherence to standards and production goals.
• Maintains records on time, production, and worker-hour requirements.
