Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 years experience in craft discipline; 1 year as Lead in industrial construction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• OSHA 10 or safety certificates required by company/client.

Responsibilities

• Safety – promote safety and work safely around the hazards associated with the construction field.
• Plan, coordinate and/or supervise construction activities of crews.
• Thoroughly review contract and all available scope documents, drawings, specifications, and shop estimate.
• Interface with Superintendent and project team members, clients, subcontractors, and craft employees.
• Provide prioritized work activity instructions and monitor progress.
