Kinsley Steel, Inc. offers an Ironworker Apprenticeship Program designed to develop skilled ironworkers through hands-on training on commercial construction projects. Trainees work with experienced mentors from day one, learning steel fabrication and ironworking techniques that lead to Journeyman certification.

The program lasts three years, emphasizing safety, craftsmanship, and practical skills. This is a paid apprenticeship with benefits; candidates must meet age, education, and licensing

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass DOT pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening
• Ability to pass basic reading and math testing
• Ability to travel to various job sites and out of town work
• Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Punctuality and dependability are required

Responsibilities

• On-the-job training alongside mentors in steel fabrication and ironworking.
• Participate in a structured 3-year program to gain hands-on experience.
• Earn Journeyman status upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.

3-Year Apprenticeship Program
