Kinsley Steel, Inc. invites applicants to join an Ironworker Apprenticeship Program that teaches essential ironworking skills and industry standards through hands-on experience on real projects.

From day one you will work on the job site with skilled mentors, gaining practical training in steel fabrication and ironworking, with a clear pathway to Journeyman status after three years.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass DOT pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening.
• Ability to pass basic reading and math testing.
• Ability to travel to various job sites and out of town work.
• Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Punctuality and dependability are required.

Responsibilities

• Learn essential ironworking skills and standards through hands-on apprenticeship.
• Work alongside mentors on commercial construction projects to build ironworking and steel fabrication skills.
• Participate in a 3-year program to earn Journeyman status.

3-Year Apprenticeship Program

The Ironworker Apprenticeship Program offers you the skills you need to become a craftsperson, earning a certified Journeyman status. You'll build your skills by working on various types of commercial construction projects.
