Job summary

Kinsley Steel, Inc. offers an Ironworker Apprenticeship Program to grow skilled tradespeople in steel fabrication and ironworking. You’ll gain hands-on experience on commercial construction sites under leading mentors and work toward Journeyman status through a structured 3-year program.

Requirements include being 18+, possessing a HS diploma or GED, and ability to pass DOT health and drug screenings. Excellent benefits and a path to professional growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Build core ironworking skills through hands-on projects on commercial construction sites.
• Work toward earning certified Journeyman status upon successful completion of the 3-year program.

3-Year Apprenticeship Program

The Ironworker Apprenticeship Program offers you the skills you need to become a craftsperson, earning a certified Journeyman status. You'll build your skills by working on various types of commercial construction projects.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass DOT pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening
• Ability to pass basic reading and math testing
• Ability to travel to various job sites and out of town work
• Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Punctuality and dependability are required
