LPR Construction Company seeks Ironworker Helpers for US-wide projects in Haskell, Texas. These roles involve assisting with structural iron and steel erection under supervision, with growth opportunities through the LPR Apprentice Program.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in normal construction job site conditions (loud noises, dust, heavy equipment, outdoor elements)
• Willingness to assist in layout, assembly, and installation of structural steel
• Ability to take measurements, assist with rigging, unload and shake out material
• Ability to install safety lines and posts
• Ability to clean work area and assist in maintaining safety
• Ability to perform firewatch or spotter duties

Responsibilities

• Assist with structural iron and steel erection under supervision
• Support with layout, assembly, and installation of structural steel on site
• Help manage measurements and rigging tasks as directed
• Maintain safety practices and clean work areas on construction sites
• Assist in firewatch or spotter duties as required
