Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Pass DOT pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening.
• Ability to read and math basics.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Punctuality and dependability required.

Responsibilities

• Learn ironworking and steel fabrication on-site with mentors.
• Gain hands-on experience on commercial construction projects.
