Job summary

Western Industrial Resources is seeking an Ironworker helper to assist with unloading, staging, and positioning structural steel and related materials at our Arizona sites. You will support basic layout and installation under supervision, and help with bolting, aligning, and rigging tasks.

A strong focus on safety, teamwork, and reliable tool care is required. Candidates should have 2–3 years in structural, industrial, or construction work and be willing to grow in the ironworking trade while

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in structural, industrial, or construction work.
• Willingness to build skills in the ironworking trade.
• Ability to work at heights, lift heavy materials, and work outdoors.
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with unloading, staging, moving, and positioning structural steel and materials.

• Use hand and power tools to assist with bolting, aligning, and securing materials.

• Competitive hourly wage: $28-$34 per hour, based on qualifications and experience
