Job summary

Knoxville Staffing Services seeks an experienced foreman to lead iron work crews in our projects. You will supervise field crews engaged in erecting structural steel, miscellaneous metals, and rebar, and you will manage daily schedules in line with blueprints and project plans.

You must ensure OSHA compliance and, when needed, perform hands-on iron work to keep projects on track. The role requires a minimum of five years of supervisory experience in heavy construction and a strong safety record.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience supervising iron/steel crews.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Solid knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Will perform hands-on iron work when required to keep projects on track.

LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED FOREMAN FOR IRON WORK CREW. MUST HAVE MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. WILL SUPERVISE AND COORDINATE FIELD CREWS ENGAGED IN ERECTING STRUCTURAL STEEL, MISCELLANEOUS METALS, AND REBAR. MANAGE AND ASSIGN DAILY SCHEDULES ADHERING TO BLUEPRINTS PROJECT PLANS.. ENSURE COMPLIANCE IN OSHA INDUSTRY REGULATIONS. MAY HAVE TO PERFORM HANDS-ON IRON WORK TO KEEP PROJECTS ON TRACK.
