Job summary

ProPetro Services, Inc. is seeking an Iron Technician in Midland, TX to support hydraulic fracturing operations by breaking down and repairing iron, entering repaired iron data into the iron database, and scheduling future iron testing jobs.

You will work 12+ hour shifts, days or nights, with potential overtime. Qualifications include at least 3 years of Iron Technician experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to read and follow English instructions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Iron Technician experience
• Must pass Iron Technician competency certification test
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Clear English reading and writing abilities
• Able to perform 12+ hour shifts including days/nights, weekends, and holidays
• Self-motivated, independent and reliable

Responsibilities

• Input and track repaired iron data in iron database
• Assist with scheduling future iron testing jobs based on crew schedules
• Monitor and review iron database for accuracy
• Assist with breakdown and repair of all iron used in hydraulic fracturing operations
• Load and unload iron from equipment
• Break down and rebuild iron
• Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies; attend required HSE training and use PPE
• Other duties as assigned
