Job summary

ProPetro Services, Inc. is seeking a Fluid Technician to manage chemicals used in hydraulic fracturing operations on location in Midland, TX. You will monitor chemical delivery, maintain inventory, and coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure smooth HF treatments.

The role requires hands-on operation of equipment, safety compliance, and the ability to work 12+ hour shifts in varying weather conditions at the job site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Fluid Technician or Field Lab Technician experience.
• Must hold a valid driver's license with clean record.
• Familiarity with HF equipment and basic chemical handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Assign chemical rates to pumps per job proposal and monitor delivery.
• Communicate chemical adjustment recommendations to client.
• Perform pre-job testing and generate pre-job reports before HF treatments.
• Assist equipment operators to ensure efficient HF performance.
• Maintain chemical inventory and record Bills of Lading (BOL).
• Safely operate company vehicle and comply with HSE policies.
