Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: High School or equivalent with 6 years of related experience.
• Preferred Qualification: CIP certification is highly desirable or will be required once eligible.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Review IRB Submissions and Database Management: review and file submissions, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain records and database.
• Coordinate pre-Meeting preparation: arrange quorum, prepare agendas and distribute meeting materials.
• Coordinate post-Approval Activities: prepare approval documents, communicate decisions to investigators, document meeting minutes.
• Assist with educational seminars and compliance activities, maintain HRPO/IRB newsletters and website, support AAHRPP accreditation tasks.
