Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Greenville, TX is seeking a Lead, Project Engineering to provide leadership for the NGACS project, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and cost. You will monitor earned value, forecast labor and materials, and present status to IRAD leadership.

The role requires DoD clearance, strong leadership, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders across technical and program domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years of relevant experience or Graduate Degree with 7+ years of related experience.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret (SCI) clearance and U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Attend and actively participate in Project Owners Meetings.
• Support weekly project status meetings and resolve risks, issues, and actions.
• Provide monthly updates on critical deliverables, milestones, dependencies and recovery actions.
• Maintain monthly labor and material forecasts for sound financial planning.
• Brief IRAD leadership monthly during IRAD Review meetings on status and outlook.
• Lead annual IRAD proposal-development process including bid development and checkpoints.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain alignment and disciplined project execution.
