Synchrony is seeking an IRA Specialist who will guide customers through opening and funding IRA deposit accounts, handle outbound calls, and resolve account issues with a focus on exceptional customer service.

The role offers flexible work options with the possibility to work from home near a hub or in an office, with occasional in-person engagements. Candidates should have at least 6 months in consumer banking and be available for M-F shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 months of Consumer Bank experience.
• Ability to work a set schedule per business needs (M-F).

Aufgaben

• Answer inbound calls from customers regarding their IRA accounts.
• Answer inbound calls from customers regarding core & OTP processes.
• Access multiple computer systems while on calls.
• Provide follow-up to customers on complex issues.
• Input & track workflows to ensure proper resolution.
• Strengthen relationships with Consumer Bank customers.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
