IRALOGIX, Inc. is seeking a Customer Care Representative to act as a trusted client contact within retirement services. You will combine financial services expertise with IRA operations knowledge to deliver top-tier client support and seamless account servicing.

Responsibilities include guiding IRA activity, handling multi-channel communications, and supporting daily IRA administration. Exceptional communication and compliance are essential, with a focus on accuracy and client satisfaction.

Formación

• 3+ years in financial services, IRA administration, or wealth management client support.
• Strong client service with high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Spanish fluency a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide service and technical support to retirement investment customers, including IRA activity guidance.
• Manage inbound and outbound communications (phone, live chat, email) with customers.
• Support day-to-day IRA administration and recordkeeping functions: contributions, distributions, rollovers, transfers, beneficiaries.
• Assist customers and advisors navigate the technology platform: account setup, history, reporting, documentation.
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, and partner recordkeepers to ensure accurate documentation and regulatory adherence.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams while maintaining accountability for CSAT.
• Deliver an above-and-beyond customer experience with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
