Job summary

NBH Bank is seeking an IRA Administrator to supervise the IRA and HSA Support Specialist and to manage IRA and ESA products, including IRS compliance, reporting, and training. The role requires maintaining files, reviewing reports, and ensuring accurate documentation across related accounts.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive IRA experience, strong supervisory skills, and a commitment to regulatory compliance in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant banking experience, with a working knowledge of IRAs.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the IRA & HSA Support Specialist and administer IRA & ESA products.
• Review IRA reports, IRS compliance, and documentation.
• Conduct IRA training at least annually and maintain accurate IRA files.
