Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial services industry with credit unions and banks
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Proven ability to use listening and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Protect confidential data and prevent unauthorized access or disclosure
• Demonstrate our I-Client service philosophy and Core Values in daily actions
• Answer inbound calls providing compliance and operational assistance for IRA, HSA, ESA and other accounts
• Process death claims and related forms for deceased accounts
• Identify cross-sell opportunities for Ascensus products and stay informed on products and services
