Apave America Inc. in Houston seeks a qualified Thermography IR Level II/III technician to operate infrared cameras, perform routine inspections on electrical, mechanical, and building systems, and report thermal anomalies.

You will maintain records, upload data, and assist senior thermographers in fieldwork, with opportunities in industrial environments. Required certifications and driving ability; travel if needed.

Qualifications

• IR Thermography Level II or III certification required.
• Experience performing industrial or building thermography inspections.
• Strong understanding of heat transfer, emissivity, and measurement accuracy.
• Ability to identify thermal anomalies and determine root causes.
• Proficiency in IR reporting software.
• Valid driver's license; ability to travel if required.
• Proficiency in performing infrared scans and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Operate infrared cameras to capture thermal images.
• Perform routine infrared inspections on electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
• Identify and report thermal anomalies.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and upload data to reporting systems.
• Assist senior thermographers in data collection and fieldwork.
