Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking highly skilled Advanced Services Inspectors to perform specialized nondestructive examinations using advanced methods and techniques.

This role leads inspection scopes, analyzes complex data, and serves as a subject matter expert with frequent client interaction. Qualified candidates have multiple NDE certifications, strong technical backgrounds, and the ability to travel and work in challenging industrial environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check required.
• Must obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or site credentials.
• Team Level II Certifications/Qualifications to be obtained as per Team’s practice.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients and peers.
• Ability to travel, work in field environments, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced NDE techniques per TEAM procedures and industry codes.
• Operate and configure advanced inspection equipment and scanning systems.
• Collect, interpret, and report complex inspection data with recommendations.
• Interface with clients and engineers to confirm objectives are met.
• Maintain proficiency in data acquisition software and reporting tools.
• Supervise and mentor junior technicians in field setups.
• Contribute to project planning, scan plans, and procedure reviews.
• Adhere to Life Critical Expectations and site safety protocols.
