Job summary

Trinity Health in Fresno, CA seeks a Radiologic Technologist for the Interventional Radiology/Special Procedures area. You will perform routine and specialized radiographic procedures, provide patient care, and assist physicians during procedures.

Required CRT certification, AHA CPR, and an accredited Radiologic Technology program. RD experience is preferred; ARRT in Radiography is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role with a typical pay range.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program required.
• Valid CRT certification (CDPH-RHB) required.
• ARRT Radiography certification preferred.
• Current AHA Healthcare Provider CPR card required.
• Experience in Diagnostic Radiology preferred.
• Knowledge of contrast media, radiation physics, anatomy and positioning; ability to operate and troubleshoot radiographic equipment.

Job description

Employment Type: Full time Shift: 12 Hour Day Shift Description:

Reporting to the Practice Coordinator, Interventional Radiology, this position is responsible for performing routine and specialized radiographic procedures in the Special Procedures areas, providing patient care and physician assistance during the performance of those procedures.

Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
2. Graduate of an accredited program of Radiologic Technology is required.
3. Valid Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) certification issued by the California Department of Public Health-Radiologic Health Branch (CDPH-RHB) is required.
4. American Registry Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification in Radiography is preferred.
5. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is required.
6. Experience in Diagnostic Radiology is preferred.
7. Knowledge of contrast media, radiation physics, anatomy and radiographic positioning, as well as familiarity with a variety of radiographic and support equipment, including the ability to independently operate and troubleshoot the equipment is required.

Pay Range

$40.38 - $56.54

May be adjusted based on career ladder placement.
