Valley Baptist Health System is seeking a qualified Radiologic Technologist in Brownsville, TX. The role requires performing diagnostic radiographic procedures under physician supervision and providing support for interventional imaging when needed.
Responsibilities include high-quality radiographs, room preparation, and equipment maintenance. Typical requirements include ARRT (R) certification and BLS; experience with OR/trauma imaging is beneficial.

Under minimal supervision, performs basic to complex diagnostic radiographic procedures, as requested by a licensed physician. Provides technical support for interventional radiographic examinations. This includes assessing patient condition, operating imaging equipment, preparing examination rooms, and maintaining equipment, supplies, and medications. Performs radiographic exams on all patients, as necessary. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
Produces high‑quality diagnostic radiographs, rotates through advanced areas of diagnostic radiology to include OR, urography, open reductions, myelography, arthrography, placements, and trauma; assists practitioner with fluoroscopy, arthrography, OR procedures and trauma.
