Veritas Partners seeks an Investor Relations Analyst to support investor messaging, branding, and market positioning for investors.

The role supports the firm's corporate development and investor relations teams by developing investor communications, presentations, and web content, while tracking the mortgage REIT landscape. Bachelor's degree required; 1-5 years IR or corporate comm experience; strong MS Office and market intelligence tools experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1-5 years' of investor relations or corporate communication experience.
• Experience at a publicly traded company is preferred but not required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with financial market intelligence platforms such as Bloomberg, S&P Capital IQ Pro, S&P Capital Access, Nasdaq IR Insight, or FactSet.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain investor messaging, branding, and market positioning strategies.
• Prepare corporate presentations, fact sheets, investor kits, website information, and conference materials.
• Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and the mortgage REIT industry.
• Support IR team in preparing quarterly earnings deliverables and executing earnings-related initiatives, including coordination of quarterly stockholder call, webcast, and related logistics.
• Assist in drafting and distributing investor communications and news, including press releases, as needed.
• Assist in developing, refining, and executing social media strategies, as needed.
